About Me

I am Aishwarya Ganeshraj, founder of Viruksham wellness a qualified Counselling Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Mental Health practitioner over 5 years of experience with a strong academic foundation and cross-disciplinary background in Information Technology and Psychology. My clinical practice is rooted in evidence-based methodologies, and I am committed to providing ethical, client-centred care tailored to individual psychological needs.

My qualifications include a Postgraduate in Counselling psychology and Psychotherapy, as well as formal training in Montessori Education and Behavioural Sciences. My practice is informed by cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, and trauma-informed approaches, with a focus on emotional regulation, anxiety disorders, stress management, relationship issues, and psychoeducational support. Every treatment plan is built collaboratively with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism at the core of the therapeutic relationship.

At Viruksham Wellness, our strength lies in the expertise and dedication of our multidisciplinary team of five experienced counselling psychologists, who bring together diverse clinical backgrounds and a unified commitment to mental health advocacy.

Each member of our team is a postgraduate-qualified mental health professional, trained in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and registered with recognized psychological associations. With a combined experience spanning various domains of mental health, our psychologists are well-versed in working with:
